2017 BPW Scholarship

          The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Goshen announces it’s annual scholarship program. Each year the club awards $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior girl from either Goshen Central High School or John S. Burke Catholic High School. Applications can be obtained at the Guidance Office of each school. Please note the application deadline is March 30th, 2017.
          The club also offers a Second Chance Scholarship of up to $1,000. This scholarship is awarded to a woman who has graduated high school or completed her GED at least five years ago and is now enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or in an accredited post-secondary vocational/technical program leading to a certificate or license.
          Please note the Second Chance Scholarship application deadline is May 9th 2017. Applications can be obtained by contacting Sophia McKenzie, Scholarship Chairperson, at PO Box 164, Goshen NY 10924, or by email at healthytransitions4u@verizon.net.
Second Chance applications are also available at the Financial Aid/Continue Education offices of Mount Saint Mary College, SUNY Orange Middletown Campus, BOCES (Newburgh) and Hudson Valley Career Training.

Tricky Tray 2018  BPW of Goshen NY is pleased to announce a new location for Tricky Tray 2018. April 7th,  2018 at the Goshen Central High School located at 222 Scotchtown Road in Goshen, NY. This will be our first year using this location. We have wanted to return to Goshen with our biggest fund raiser and this year we have a new venue at the high school. The ladies of BPW will once again gather 100+ beautiful baskets for their annual tricky tray. Special prizes and a raffle plus a 50/50 drawing always make this event exciting. Thank you to all who have come out to support our Tricky Tray over the years, we look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you to all who helped by donating to our event. Be sure to watch for information shortly. Proceeds from this event are used for our scholarship fund.
