2017 BPW Scholarship
The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Goshen announces it’s annual scholarship program. Each year the club awards $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior girl from either Goshen Central High School or John S. Burke Catholic High School. Applications can be obtained at the Guidance Office of each school. Please note the application deadline is March 30th, 2017.
The club also offers a Second Chance Scholarship of up to $1,000. This scholarship is awarded to a woman who has graduated high school or completed her GED at least five years ago and is now enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or in an accredited post-secondary vocational/technical program leading to a certificate or license.
Please note the Second Chance Scholarship application deadline is May 9th 2017. Applications can be obtained by contacting Sophia McKenzie, Scholarship Chairperson, at PO Box 164, Goshen NY 10924, or by email at email@example.com.
Second Chance applications are also available at the Financial Aid/Continue Education offices of Mount Saint Mary College, SUNY Orange Middletown Campus, BOCES (Newburgh) and Hudson Valley Career Training.

Tricky Tray 2017 BPW of Goshen NY is pleased to announce another successful tricky tray event. March 18th, 2017 at the Elks Lodge in Middletown NY the BPW gathered over 107 beautiful baskets for their annual tricky tray. Special prizes included two kids bikes, a micro oven and baskets of lottery tickets. An IPad Air 2 was raffled and $295 was the total prize for the 50/50. Fun was had by all. Thank you to all who came out to support our Tricky Tray. Thank you to all who helped by donating to our event. And be sure to watch for information for our event next year. Proceeds from this event are used for our scholarship fund.
